Yageo introduces high precision thin film resistors with resistance to humidity and sulfur

Yageo launches the new film automotive wafer resistance-RP series, which has the characteristics of moisture resistance, sulfur resistance, high precision and high stability. The shell size ranges from 0402 to 1206, and the resistance range is 10Ω-1.5M. With ± 0.1%, ± 0.25%, ± 0.5% and ± 1% narrow tolerance and ±25, ±50 ppm /°C low temperature characteristics (TCR), rated power value of 1/16 W-1/4 W.

RP series of special passivation layer design, the intermediate medium formed impervious interface to make its coating resistance, so that water is not easy to penetrate from the outside. With the protection of passivation layer, the RP series can always maintain high resistance stability in harsh environments. It is suitable for automotive electronics, telecommunications, industrial and medical equipment, test and measurement equipment and power supply systems.
