Siretta's QUARTZ-ONYX router
The QUARTZ-ONYX router is a high-speed four-port Gigabit Ethernet industrial router from Siretta designed to send large amounts of data over 5G NR cellular networks. The QUARTZ-ONYX achieves download speeds of up to 2.1 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 900 Mbps. If 5G NR is not available, QUARTZ-ONYX can fall back to connect to 4G/LTE and 3G/UMTS. It provides reliable, secure wireless connectivity suitable for high-speed mobile broadband applications.
The QUARTZ-ONYX router features a durable design and is housed in a compact metal housing, ideal for embedded industrial applications. The multiple high-end VPN security protocols supported by the QUARTZ-ONYX software enable routers to be fully utilized in industrial and commercial applications.
The QUARTZ-ONYX router can manage many remote systems and communication channels. It comes standard with dual SIM slots, four gigabit Ethernet ports and 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. With optional GPS capabilities, it is ideal for access control and asset tracking applications.
To connect remote devices, QUARTZ-ONYX provides two RS232 or one RS485 serial communication. Users can use QUARTZ-ONYX to communicate directly with the cellular engine to automatically send notifications such as alerts triggering SMS messages. In addition, it enables connected devices to directly query connection status, signal strength and network parameters, enabling remote systems to operate independently in the field.
