Murata's subminiature 0.15A to 2.0A DC/DC converters
Murata MYR Series DC/DC converters are now included in 150 mA models with extremely small static current (IQ= 0.2μA). The product family integrates a coil and a control IC. Its ultra-small external dimensions are 2.5mm x 2.0mm x 1.0mm. The MYR series is much smaller than vertical solutions. In most cases, these modules take up less than half the space of the same solution implemented with discrete components.
These DC/DC converters achieve high efficiency, low noise, and high heat dissipation, and have input ranges that support both 3.3V and 5.0V power rails. MYRGP has a typical efficiency of 93% at 5.0 VIN / 3.3VOUT. You can choose from fixed, PWM, or PFM/PWM automatic switching control methods. 2 Part A has an adjustable output voltage that can be set by an external resistor. Other components adopt fixed output voltage.
