Littelfuse introduces 16 series of standard transient suppression diode arrays for automotive use
Littelfuse has introduced 16 series of standard transient suppression diode arrays (SPA diodes) for automotive applications that meet the requirements of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). This family of products provides automakers and high-end industrial manufacturers with a well-known and prestigious single source stream from wafer fabrication to the testing of the equipment used in their products.
These AEC-Q101-compliant devices provide durable and effective protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT) and other overvoltage transients in the automotive ecosystem for existing and new interfaces for data cables, charging cables, control cables and powertrains, as well as communication ports, including antennas.
