The BM2SC12xFP2-LBZ is an industry-leading AC/DC converter IC in an all-integrated package that has been built into a compact sticker package (TO263-7L) with a 1700V pressure-resistant SiC mosFETs and control circuits optimized for their drivers. It is mainly applicable to the auxiliary power supply of industrial equipment such as general inverter, AC servo, commercial air conditioner and street lamp which need to deal with high power. In addition, due to the high voltage and excellent noise resistance characteristics of SiC mosFETs, it is possible to use smaller noise and surge resistance components. Not only that, because the control mode adopts the quasi-resonant mode, compared with the PWM mode, it can operate more efficiently with lower noise, so the noise interference (EMI) to other circuits and equipment is very small, and only a few noise reduction measures are needed.

     Integrated packaging can reduce the time of component selection and evaluation work, making design easier. In addition, the built-in SiC MOSFET, with high precision overheating protection, overload protection, power supply voltage pin overvoltage protection, FET overcurrent protection, secondary side voltage overvoltage protection and other protection functions, greatly reduce the number of components, make the product more reliable.
