STMicroelectronics Low-temperature bleaching, high accuracy op amp increases operating temperature to 175°C

     STMicroelectronics' TSZ181H1 gauge amplifiers and TSZ181H1 gauge dual operational amplifiers offer high accuracy and stability in the operating temperature range -40°C to 175°C. The increase of the maximum operating temperature makes it suitable for harsh working environments and long running conditions.

     The input offset voltage of these two op amps is extremely low, typically 3.5μV at 25°C; The input bias current is typically 30pA at 25°C. The temperature drift of these two parameters is extremely low, with a maximum input offset voltage of 70μV at 25°C and a rating of 100μV over the entire temperature range; The maximum input bias current rating is 200pA at 25°C and 225pA over the entire temperature range.

     The TSZ181H1 and TSZ182H1 have a wide operating temperature range, which can withstand harsh industrial and automotive application environments, and can extend the service life of the chip when the operating temperature of the chip is low to meet the needs of long-term operation of the application. The device complies with the AEC-Q100 automotive electronics standard and has a 4kV HBM ESD electrostatic discharge tolerance.

     In high-precision, high-bandwidth sensor interfaces, the TSZ181H1 and TSZ182H1 perform well for precision signal conditioning without the need for calibration, simplifying the manufacturing process of the final product while ensuring higher accuracy compared to typical opamps. These two devices have a gain bandwidth of 3MHz, operating current of only 5V 1mA, and a very high speed power consumption ratio. Wide supply voltages from 2.2V to 5.5V, rail-to-rail inputs and outputs maximize the available dynamic range.
